Llobregat Can Mateu

The area subject to the modification is organized into three clearly differentiated areas:

– To the West, as the culminating point of Carrer d'Aiguafreda and the houses of the Bugaderes, and relating to the new green promenade of Carrer Llobregós foreseen in the current planning, an extensive green area, 1,158.25 m² ( Key 6b) that runs through the entire area from north to south.

– Dividing the area in two, the road reserve (Key 5) provided for in the MPGM 2010 is maintained which provides continuity in the Baixada de Can Mateu providing for a better connection between Llobregós and Granollers streets.

– The areas for private use are concentrated in the East area of the area. This area (key 18c) is the area that is allocated, in specific volumetric arrangement for residential uses, to both sheltered housing and free housing.
