Camping and wave pool on the Costa Daurada

The area of the Special Plan includes the land that will be occupied by the new Campsite with Laguna, the area of the Masia Calç Pla, its gardens, the accesses and other land that is part of the same estate. In this way, the area includes all the land that is affected by the new implementation, both in terms of the land transferred to the city council, as well as the improvements in mobility and access, as well as the preservation of the land in the agricultural area of landscape interest to preserve.

An arrangement is proposed that is structured on the basis of the building of the Calç Pla farmhouse as the central backbone of the implementation. From this heritage element and all its surroundings - accesses and gardens - the rest of the implementation is structured. Taking into account this central heritage element and the different structuring elements of the territory - such as the two hills in the west of Calç Pla, the agroforestry mosaic structured by a series of dry stone walls, the passage of the Cunit stream and the its tributaries and the main communication routes-, the implementation is ordered looking for maximum adaptation and integration in the place.

The current access road to the farm, which crosses the area, is used as access to the different activities. In this way, the different road accesses are concentrated in a radius of 500m, thus favoring mobility on foot in terms of connecting the different activities. As well as the adaptation and expansion of a single access road that minimizes the impact on the territory and the existing landscape.
