This reality offers the opportunity to rethink the area with a new approach, a new proposal that solves the current shortcomings and takes advantage of the potential to generate an exciting project that reassigns new values and meanings to the location:

– Integrate open spaces into the general system of the municipality and the surrounding area, extending the Oliver-Valdefierro green corridor and closing a ring of green spaces and facilities.

– Connect and articulate the opposing neighborhoods of Casablanca and Valdespartera with the extension of existing streets generating axes intended for active mobility.

- Provide a front for economic activity in Via Ibérica and a commercial plinth reinforcing the routes for pedestrians in the interior of the area. Include an open apple-shaped residential area with a south-facing community area.

– Integrate active mobility by strengthening the pedestrian connection between the Valdespartera and Casablanca neighborhoods, as well as access to the area from the tram stop located on the Via Ibèrica.

– Optimizing the routes of motorized vehicles with perimeter road services to improve the quality of free space within the area, allocating the largest possible area to pedestrians.
