(PDUM), que estableix les estrat?gies de desenvolupament per a Barcelona i els seus 35 municipis fins al 2050, est? en proc?s de revisi?. Per segona vegada, l&#8217;?rea Metropolitana de Barcelona (AMB) busca integrar les propostes dels ajuntaments en aquest pla fonamental, dirigit a millorar la mobilitat, els espais verds i la construcci? d&#8217;habitatge assequible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons l&#8217;informat, es preveu que la nova proposta de PDUM estigui resolta per a la seva segona aprovaci? inicial al primer trimestre de 2026.
