The Masquefa POUM aims to join up current urban development planning and lay the foundations to shape an urban development model making Masquefa a diversified city, with its own identity, free spaces and services that improve citizens’ quality of life.
In addition, the POUM also promotes the town’s economic development, classifying new land and making the most of the town’s strategic location regarding existing and planned road infrastructures. The Masquefa PAUM (Municipal Urban Development Update Plan) contains the estimates and commitments assumed by the POUM in terms of renovation and urban improvement projects, facilities and generating economy activity.
