Competition. The proposal aims to arrange the buildings around the plot, in two strips, on either side, thereby leaving this inner space free for community gardens, allowing all the homes to open up on to this intimate space. The building is arranged in continuous blocks along the ground floor and discontinuous blocks on the upper floor. This model produces a greater number of dwellings; the lower floors, as they are larger, give greater dwellings with a garden, the first-floor dwellings and attics can have terraces and additional sundecks.
