The green zone to be developed is joined to the current garden of Can Ferratges, currently with very little use, but that will be turned into a much more attractive space, used by more citizens. This is very flat ground, with two services that will be affected:
– Aerial telephone line on the façade overlooking Calle de España, that will have to be buried under the pavement.
– Lighting box located in the Calle de España that should be moved to one side of the green zone.
