The sector for this infrastructure project, in the middle of the towns of Premià de Dalt and Vilassar de Dalt, is divided into two separate units by the line of a new road connecting calle Pintor Pau Roig and calle Riu Tordera de Premià.
The top unit, slightly rectangular, borders with Avenida Central to the east and with the Torrent de La Cisa to the west. Whilst the other slightly triangular unit is slotted between calles Pintor Pau Roig, Riu Tordera, Riu Congost, Pere Masriera and el Torrent de La Cisa on the east side.
