Development of two buildings: one intended for offices, laboratories and a showroom (Phase 1) and the other for production and storage (Phase 2).
The proposed planning consists of creating a ring road to link up the future industrial estate with the Camino de la Cañada at just one point. The system of free spaces and green zones is arranged around the industrial area, forming strips around the edges of the sector.
