The sector known as S10 s’Oliguera 1 is located to the east of Cadaqués town centre. This sector is made up of a strip no more than 600 m long and 150 m wide, along a north to south slope, with an accumulated height difference of 30 metres, according to the topography survey.
The area is split into two sectors, defined by the line of the new road that will connect up Avda. Salvador Dalí with calle Mestral. The project aims to fully define and assess development works in this area. This is a residential development containing 55 single family homes in plots of at least 500 m2.
