La Rasa dels Molins represents a large green space that has not been used by the city and that over time has been left as a residual space by urban growth – perhaps due to the complexity of the topography in an area with considerable height differences between this and the adjacent ground.
The land development project works geometrically on all accessibility and public use solutions and it also renovates the drainage system in the area.
