Infrastructure project following the Partial Plan for the “Town centre of Avià” that smoothes the transition between the consolidated urban land and the non-developed land.
Respecting the environment whilst remaining consistent with the urban grid that structures this part of the centre, the planning strategy involved two strips or areas that revolve around the new facilities zone, providing continuity from the swimming pool and football pitch.
