The building is located on the seafront of Calonge and consists of two volumes facing each other, of 8 and 11 units respectively, with commercial premises on the ground floor and community parking in the basement.
The project tries to strengthen the relationship with the sea, achieving with the distribution of the units a continuous space of great depth, which links the two opposite facades through the terrace, the dining room, the kitchen and the subsequent study. The kitchen is understood as a piece of furniture that does not interrupt this spatial relationship, generating double circulations.
