Full renovation of 1,600 m² of the former Cal Carrera textile factory to be adapted as a multi-purpose room for a variety of uses: dances, concerts, theatre, conferences, etc.
The warehouse must be extended slightly to be able to fit in the main multi-purpose room to hold certain large scale municipal events.
The planned work aims to preserve the austere appearance of the existing building, respecting its relationship with the industrial environment.
