Renovation, horizontal division and change of use from offices to homes in the 2,264m² Casa Martí Ventosa, work of the architect Francisco Guardia Vial. As the building is protected, the project aims to recover the original common elements.
This is an overall project in the existing building that affects the structure and envisages general redistribution of spaces.
The building went up in 1918 with as dwellings, offices and businesses. The project envisages developing a total of 16 dwellings.
